Which countries you deliver to?
Pretty much everywhere on planet Earth. If the postman can make it to you, so can our glasses.
Do the glasses to come in different sizes?
Of course. The two most important measurements are the frame width and the lens diagonal (ED). We do glasses for everyone from small children to men with big sorry, wide heads.
What does Prism mean?
There is a box on your prescription marked "prism" - which has probably not been ticked by your optician or ophthalmologist. If it has, however, it means that you have binocularity defect - or to be less politically correct, a bit of a squint. This can be corrected with the aid of the right glasses, but they need to be specially made, and at present Brille24 doesn't offer glasses that correct binocularity.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you don't like your glasses - for whatever reason at all - you can simply send them back. Please include all the paperwork you received with your glasses. We will reimburse the value of the glasses themselves - £30.90 - but not the delivery charge. Please send your glasses to:

Why is it important to tell us your pupil distance (PD)?
Pupil-Distance (PD) measures the distance between your pupils and the bridge of the nose when you're looking straight ahead. It is important that you are lenses are centred properly
The PD value doesn't necessarily have to be the same for both eyes. Your prescription will contain values measured in millimetres for left and right, generally between 55mm und 78mm in total.
Why can't I save on postage by ordering several pairs at once?
We would like to do this for you. But the increased administrative and logistical costs of offering this option would make our glasses more expensive altogether.
Do I need a special prescription for reading glasses?
Generally, yes. Just using the numbers from your current prescription to make reading glasses might not give your eyes what they really need. So it is better to have a new prescription, and if necessary a new test for reading glasses.
My frames are fine but I need new lenses. Can you put some new lenses in for me?
Sorry. At present we do not offer this service.
How does Paypal work?
Direct your payment to the following e-mail address:
payment(at)brille24.info
And don't forget to include the number of your order.
My glasses still haven't come. When will they be here?
We generally need around 14 days from receiving order delivering your glasses - one week for production and one week for delivery via airfreight. Sometimes there can be delays at customs, but if you have not received your glasses within 20 days of ordering them, then please contact our customer service.
How thick will my glasses be?
That depends on how strong they need to be. But because we use modern plasticlenses, even relatively strong glasses can be kept quite thin.
What do I do if there is a problem with the glasses I have been sent?
Send them to us and we will sort it out. Please include all the paperwork you received with your glasses.
And we have made a mistake, we will reimburse your postage - just make sure that you let us know your bank details.
Please send your glasses to:

How can Brille24 offer high-quality such a price
1. We purchase our frames directly in Asia in bulk. Of course we make sure all our frames are manufactured according to European CE-norms. And aren´t produced by child labour.
2. We use the latest technology and machinery to cut the lenses to automatically to the size of the frame you have chosen and then grind them to the required strength.
3. By keeping the whole production process in Asia we can save on warehousing and transport and pass on the benefits to you.
4. Quality control is done by hand - by fully qualified opticians. We insist on a
a second quality check carried out by an independent team of specialists.
5. Because we only sell online, we don´t pay rent for shops.
The result: High-quality sunglasses and glasses at a low price thanks to Brille24.
Can I order plain glasses?
Of course. Just because you don't need glasses, doesn't mean you shouldn't be allowed to wear them. And of course you can order sunglasses and computer glasses without optical lenses at Brille24 .
What do you need to know about my eyes so you can make my glasses properly?
If you want to buy glasses, we will need to know how the lenses must be made to suit your individual needs.
All the information we require is on your prescription. We will need values for sphere, cylinder, axis and pupil distance. Our online form lets you key in the numbers we need to make your glasses properly.
Is my prescription out of date?
If you are buying new glasses, then it is good to have had your eyes tested recently. Especially if you notice that you are having problems seeing properly with the old ones.
I would like to change my order. Is it too late?
You can change your order up to 24 hours after the point at which we receive your payment. After that, your glasses will have gone into production and then it is too late.
Can I save on the delivery charge and pick up my glasses myself?
Brille24 produces its glasses at various factories in Asia saving you a lot more than our £5 delivery charge. So, no, not really. Sorry.
Can I use my contact lens prescription to buy glasses?
This is generally not a good idea. Contact lenses sit on your eyes and therefore work slightly differently. It is generally recommended that you have a separate prescription glasses, and if necessary a further eye-test.
I can't find the frames I wanted. Have you stopped selling them?
Our website only shows the models we can currently deliver. If a model is temporarily out of stock, it will temporarily be removed from our site. If you have any questions, ask our customer service.
Do you sell self-tinting sunglasses?
Not at present. We offer prescription sunglasses in five different colours and four different strengths of tint at no extra charge.
How dark do sunglasses need to be?
If you're looking for sunglasses, we recommend dark or very dark glasses in grey, green or brown:
Brille24 allows you to have your glasses tinted in any of the four following strengths:
Extra Light: 10% protection
