It is essential to include your order number in the transaction information. You can find it in your e-mail order confirmation. Please put this number in the space provided on the transfer form, preceded by "WP-".

If you are transferring money from outside Germany but within the EU or EFTA then you can use a SEPA transfer without incurring additional costs. Ask your bank for details.

If you are transferring money from outside the EU or EFTA via SWIFT, then please remember that the costs of the transfer must be paid by you, not shared or handed on to us.
