Just because we are an online shop, doesn't mean that we do not guarantee our products. You have the same consumer rights as with any other purchase.
Our Guarantee:
We guarantee the quality and durability of lenses and frames for six months. If for some reason we do not meet the high standards we set for ourselves, please contact our customer service.
Warranty from Najash Ltd.:
Najash Ltd. are the manufacturers of your glasses and cover the statutory warranty. More information in our terms and conditions.
Additional guarantee issued by Brille24:
Brille24 issue a further warranty according to German and EU law. This allows you, the customer, to pursue any legal issues easily and securely in Germany.
This additional guarantee covers any defects arising more than six months but less than two years from purchase. More information in our terms and conditions.
