We generally need around 14 days from receiving your order to delivering your glasses - one week for production and one week for delivery via airfreight. Sometimes there can be delays at customs, but if you have not received your glasses within 21 days of ordering them, then please contact our customer service.

Delivery costs £5 per pair of glasses. If you order more than one pair of glasses at once they will be delivered separately. We would like to help you save money by sending your glasses together, but this would require special packaging and the increased administrative and logistical costs of offering this option would make our glasses more expensive altogether.
